  I have mixed feeling about this place. I consider it a hit or miss. Very polite nail technicians and clean areas, they use disposable plastic covers in the foot baths to prevent contamination, which is always a plus for me. My experience has been as a walk-in. The problem for me is the nail work, first time I went, the pedi/mani sans minor cuticle cuts was good, however the basic nail polish application and nail shaping was horrible, it had to be redone twice, and nails were streaked and chipped by the end of the night (applied heavy coats of polish). Gave it a second chance, few minor cuticle cuts, but the gel nail polish was good and lasted a week. Third time, by the end of it I just wanted to leave, took too long, explicitly told them I didn't want one part of the pedi, they did it anyways cause it was good for my legs and they were sure I would like it this time (I didn't), got more than a few cuticle cuts, nail polish had to be redone a few times, and I still ended with streaked and chipped nail polish by the end of the day. So, I'll pass on this place unless I can call ahead and make an appointment with a specific technician.
