  I called this morning due to having a fever with chills last night and severe coughing. I got an appointment, not with my PCM, but with Dr. Kosolfsky. After telling her my symptoms, which included my fever, a deep cough, headaches, and weakness, she proceeded to tell me she thought I was suffering from the “cold air” or that I may have developed asthma. Who has weakness or a fever with either of those things? I have a fever from my body fighting something off. When I questioned her about her “diagnosis”, she decided to run a flu test, told me I could leave, and that she would call back with the results in an hour. 2.5 hours later, no call. I had to call her and leave a message. She prescribed me Benadryl, mucinex, and nasal spray when I had no runny nose whatsoever. When the flu test came back negative, all she said was to take the medicine she prescribed and that I should get better. I obviously need antibiotics for my respiratory infection that she can’t seem to figure out, even with her medical education. She didn’t check my oxygen levels, didn’t ask if I was a smoker, and didn’t seem to care that my blood pressure was 88/60. She didn’t act one bit concerned for the reason I made the appointment and wanted to talk about my other medical history, which had no kind of association with my symptoms. I was NOT taken care of, I will be going to the emergency room instead, and will be reporting her. Keep in mind in studying to be a nurse. This is the perfect example of how NOT to treat your patients.

  Worst visit ever! Dr Love is a joke! She has no bed side manners. She didn't care and treated my mom with disrespect. #chooseanotherdoctor
